Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The best performers of the session on the were Al-Rajhi Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:), which rose 9.96% or 10.40 points to trade at 114.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Batic Investments and Logistics Co (TADAWUL:) added 9.96% or 0.28 points to end at 3.09 and Gulf General Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:) was up 9.93% or 1.36 points to 15.06 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (TADAWUL:), which fell 3.36% or 2.80 points to trade at 80.50 at the close. Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co (TADAWUL:) declined 2.83% or 1.20 points to end at 41.25 and Jarir Marketing Co (TADAWUL:) was down 2.75% or 0.40 points to 14.16.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 182 to 104 and 22 ended unchanged.
Shares in Batic Investments and Logistics Co (TADAWUL:) rose to 5-year highs; gaining 9.96% or 0.28 to 3.09.
Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.01% or 0.01 to $82.11 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 0.31% or 0.27 to hit $87.38 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.36% or 8.70 to trade at $2,406.70 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.12% to 4.00, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 105.96.
